Intro. Welcome to FedTrakker. This is your three minute walkthrough. FedTrakker shows you the federal primes who just won construction contracts, sorted by trade and state, so you know exactly who to contact. If you're a Federal Sub Academy client, this is where you turn that training into work.

Home. This is the home page. If you already have an account, click sign in. If you don't, click create account. It takes about thirty seconds. All you need is your email, a password, your trade, and your state.

Sign up. Here's the sign up form. Enter your email and choose a password of at least twelve characters. Then pick your trade and your state. These two matter, because FedTrakker uses them to put your best matches at the top of every page. Click create account and you're in.

Sign in. When you come back, sign in with the same email and password. And remember: this is FedTrakker's own account system, separate from Federal Sub Academy. Your login here is only for FedTrakker.

Awards page. This is the awards page, your dashboard. At the top, search by trade, state, or keyword. The data covers construction awards from the last one hundred and twenty days, twenty five thousand dollars and up, straight from the government's own award database. The report is a table: one row per contract, showing the prime and their UEI, the award number and title, the amount, the award date and type, the agency, the state and city, and the trade or NAICS.

Your matches. Below the search, you'll see two sections. First, a match for your trade: primes who won awards in your trade and your state, your most direct targets. Then, general construction primes: the broader list. Every row has two links. The award on USA Spending, and the prime profile with a link to their SAM dot gov registration, so you can look up their contacts yourself. On a phone, each row opens up as a labelled card so you can read every column without pinching.

Account. This is your account page. Set your default trade and state so every search starts there, and change your password any time. If you ever forget it, use the contact form. Recovery is verified by a real person. There are no email reset links that someone else could steal.

Contact. Need help? The contact page sends a message straight to the FedTrakker team. Use it for account recovery, questions about a listing, or anything else.

Outro. One last thing to remember. FedTrakker is a door to knock on, not deal flow. The awards are real and the primes are real, but the relationship is yours to build. Questions go through the contact page. Good hunting.

Straight talk: these awards are already won. FedTrakker is a door to knock on, not deal flow. Nobody can promise you a daily local job to bid, because the data does not work that way — and we will never pretend it does.
