The service

FedTrakker presents public federal contract award data from USAspending.gov, filtered by trade and state. The Service is informational.

No affiliation, no endorsement, no promise of work

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the federal agencies or the contractors listed. An award shown is not an invitation to bid, a promise of subcontracting opportunity, or a guarantee of work. Awards are already won. The Service is a door to knock on, not deal flow.

Your account

You agree to provide accurate signup information and to keep your password confidential. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the Service.

Accuracy of data

We reproduce federal award data as published, without independent verification, and it may contain errors or omissions. Verify before you rely on it.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided for general information only, and nothing on this site is legal, financial, or professional advice. This disclaimer applies to all use of the Service: any reliance you place on the information shown is strictly at your own risk.

Intellectual property

The FedTrakker name, logo, site design, and original content are the intellectual property of GCExperts LLC, a Texas limited liability company and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Underlying award data remains the property of its respective owners and is reproduced as published.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the Service will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and FedTrakker disclaims all warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
